  • Fullbars - really tasty, cause they are jam packed with sugar. I've tried them, my advice would be to pass.
  • I'm going to follow some advice I saw posted and take 1/2 bar before lunch and 1/2 bar befor supper or dinner. I ate 1/2 bar with one glass of water before my evening meal today and I am full. In would like to lose 20 pounds. I have recent ally lost 20 pounds without trying because of a little thing called GERD so I'm starting slowly to see if tummy will be able to handle. Also under my fat there is a small person so I don't want to load up to much.
  • I'm starting my first full day. I just ate 1/2.last night and didnt eat much after that but yo quick to make a judgement.
  • Well I rather like the taste of the chocolate chip. I had 1/2 before breakfast. I realize I have to cut back on my portions. I am into my last 20 pounds. I'm no kid and stay away from any extreme dieting. "been there, got a t shirt". I've found over the years the only way to keep the weight off after losing it is to cut portion size. Anyway, I'm eating a 1/2 of peanut butter bar befor mid day meal. Lunch or midday meal is usually my largest meal. Eat a very light evening meal and a healthy snack later in day. If this doesn't work I'll will have my full bar before lunch and supper instead of breakfast. So far I'm quite comfortable.
  • Decided to go with whole bar. I am a little hungry. I'm playing around with this to see how it works.
  • I don't know why all the complaints about taste. I like it myself. I've eaten the peanut butter and chocolate chip.
  • Lunch was 1/2 cup of my DHs homemade chili, with a spoonful of shredded cheese5 saltines, skim milk and my daily icecream cone. This is my largest meal of the day. The ice cream cone is a frozen treat. I'm very comfortable and don't feel kike I ate too much. My chili was plenty.
  • Ate my second 1/2 of Fullbar for mid afternoon. Feeling comfortable but I was tempted to eat something else and thought it woul be better to eat the extra 1/2. That will give me two bars today. Just got back from my second walk. A beautiful day in Ca. Will have a light supper. Tomorrow I will have a whole bar before lunch or mid day meal and second bar before supper or evening meal.
  • Only 30 hours since I started and mayb it is placebo effect but I am eating less and am not hungry. I need to give it more time.
  • ]Anctually went to Costco and didn't eat the goodies. But if it's just the fiber keeping me satiated how about fiber one bars? They are a lot cheaper. After I finish my two boxes of fullbars I am thinking about dividing one 9 fiber Fiberone bar in half and eating 1 half before two meals. Let's see how it goes. 9 grams of fiber in one setting tough for me.
    Just had a very light evening meal and I am full. Maybe this does work?
  • Finishing zfullbars.
    I do believe full bars do cut your appetite. I am eating out at Hometown buffet and that will be a big test. I am definitely eating less And not hungry at all in the evening However like I said earlier I will finish my Fullbars and try the Fiber Ones
  • I did eat out at hometown Buffet but not yesterday. I ate there today. Actually I ate a large meal but calories for today were much less than usual. Yes I believe FullBars do work. I used them up today and tomorrow ill try Fiber one Bars.
  • I've tried fullbar two times now. I drink it with a bottle of water. I feel kind of full, but I think it's just because I chugged a bottle of water with a puffed wheat cereal bar. IMO it does nothing. The water makes me feel full. You can buy them off the shelf at a supermarket near me.
  • Fullbars compared to fiber one bars!
    Fullbars definitely work. I am struggling without them and the fiber one bars don't decrease my appetite. It must be more than the fiber in Fullbars?
