I am smiling today because I got to watch my great nephew last night...so cute and giggly!..a little though because niece brought him 3 hours late...nothing new here though.

I am smiling because my son had 2 jumpers quailify for the CIF finals next week...last stop before state finals...course he will be at his sister's wedding getting texted the results!

I am today because I went on a hike, and walked REALLY fast to try to outrun the black flies!

I am smiling today because my "liittle" sister (we are in the Big Brother, Big Sister program) and I enjoyed a wonderful day at a baseball game and dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory and we talked about how thankful we are for one another. Makes me smile to know I have such an impact on a wonderful little girl.

I am smiling today because I went for a bike ride in the rain, splashed in all the puddles, got soaked and filthy, and felt like a 10 year old!

I am smiling today because we found a pretty little calico kitten that someone had abandoned and brought her home. She is so cute and playful and will probably become a permanent addition to our menagerie of 4 dogs, 1 rabbit, 3 fish and a rabbit.
