Very impressive softballmom. You took a one minute walking break and were able to run an additional 10 minutes more than was called for on week eight's schedule.
Eadavenp - glad to see you managed to push through "the wall" and move forward with your running. Good Job!
Finn - how is your knee? Did you manage to complete your run with the ache?
Shrinking Mama - I haven't had a chance yet, but plan to check out the Sonoma eating plan you recommended. Thanks!
I had to leave for work early this morning (I'm on lunch break now) and will try to get in w8d1 tonight. Since I've cut back on my food intake (now on day 10), I've noticed the importance of food to fuel my runs. Now I make it a point to have a snack of some sort before the run. If not, I get light-headed and start to feel like I am going to pass out. This happened on the last run and I had to walk 3 of the 25 minutes or risk falling and knocking myself out on the treadmill handlebars.

I set myself a maximum limit of 2000 calories a day but have actually been eating anywhere between 1900 and 1400.
Keep up the good work everyone!
