I vote YAY. I'm still having a bar every day and have since day 1 of the diet. They are pretty much identical to the IP ones. Some (like the caramel nut) are made by the same manufacturer. they for sure fall under restricted. I am towards the end of my second week of phase II and I think for the past 3 months while on this diet I have only had 4 to 5 restricted items, 2 of which have been IP bars. Currently I have about maybe 2 more pounds till my goal and I just thought I deserved a sweet treat
