Thanks Mom! (Couldn't resist saying that, LOL) I reviewed phase II and I am leaning towards doing that and going all out with the exercise thing. It's now or never for me. I am going to be 57 tomorrow! I want to be my best self ever.
Reasons for wanting to be my Best Self Ever? All other areas of my life are working so well right now. I have a great boyfriend, a great job, a great place to live and my finances are in order. All I need is to be at goal weight and my life will finally be in balance!
I know, I know. Life just isn't predictable. But just once, Sweet Jesus and/or Great Buddah, O Allah, Dear God, Virgin Mary of Gualdalupe, Anyone!, please can I just be at goal weight along with all the other wonderful things in my life??? Please?
