Hey chicks

Tammy I think you're right about the office manager, that she doens't want people to see that the office can be run without her. And thanks for the comp Reda!
Yesterday I did Gilad's Hips Thighs Buns tape, and his Abs tape. About 25 minutes total, no cardio. I slept too late this morning to do something before work, but hopefully after work today.
A friend who has an event tent rental company offered DH and I free tickets to see the group Chicago tonight (a blast from the past, huh!) but I declined because I think we have too much to do to prepare for trip.
Well I am embarassed to say that our last used car purchase for me did not work out..the one I got back in late December, the older Honda civic? The transmission has been doing weird things, and DH checked first to see if the filter needed changing and said something about alot of oil being where it shouldn't be...We had such good luck with my little cheap Geo Prism, it was disappointing to have this car give us such a short life.
So DH was checking Craig's list and for fun, put in a search for Geo Prism. Well a person over in Barre (about 30 miles away) had a 94 Geo Prism listed in great condition, for $1300. So we got his address and doubled up on DH 's bike last night, and got there...it is sweet! Really excellent condition inside, outside if you look closely you can see where some body work was done but done with enough care to try to make it look good. It's white, has pinstriping and a spoiler, lol! Pretty snazzy for a cage for a 48 yr old

but we test drove it around at the man's insistence, he showed us the service records and offered to put it up on so we could look at it (he seemed to be rather mechanically gifted, that is good)
It is fun that the instrument panel is exactly like my old Geo, made me feel right at home, LOL. Very nice Sony digital stereo which is always a bonus. Like I said, clean, clean, clean inside; and the trunk is huge and spotless. Four studded winter tires in the deal too. He told us to name a price. I turned red and said, Oh, I hate to haggle! I don't want to insult you by offering lower. He said, go ahead! So I almost whispered, $1200? and He smiled and said, "sure! Now we're both happy, and that's what matters" . Nice guy. So we pulled out the wad of $50's we withdrew from the bank before coming, and bought it, and I drove it home.
this is not the actual car but a pic from the web i found, so the wheels are plainer but it looks this good!
