I'm not very happy about my diet attempts these days so let's sum up the positive stuff to motivate me.
-Out of all the christmas presents I could choose from my internship, I went for the fitness set. I won't have much use for the jump rope or hand pinch thingies, but the fitness band and especially the dumbbells will be quite handy when doing the 30 DS. My other option was an enormous fluffy ice bear (which I don't have space for anyway).
-I had a test this morning and when you filled out a survey you would get a "surprise". The surprise turned out to be a packet of peanut M&M's. I ate a few (5 or so) but threw the rest away.
-I worked out after all, not very long, but I cycled a lot today.
-I had a bank card problem today (the thing decided to die on me) so that I could not go visit my friend as I had planned to. Buying a bus card gets a little hard without money. But I did not let it spoil my mood.
-I finished a few things that were due time.

Everyone must be a little chilled out as we get close to Christmas. lol


) Now I know exactly what I'll be eating for the next three weeks (more or less), and I just love this feeling of being 100% in control.
