thanks everyone..(()) im just really stressed about life in general and this freezing cold weather creates added physical pain due to my cp and injuries so im just not a happy camper. ive got a candidate coming over tomm. for massage so im hoping the flow of things will prove to be natural so that i can get a badly needed massage.

I'm reporting a 1lb. loss, I'll take it!! That brings me to a total 20lb. loss since rejoining WW, so I'm very happy about that!!

congrats to those who lost and remember, it is noever only something, a loss is a loss and is great. i am sorry as i had a bad week, i am up .4 so now at 145.6, i am soooo mad at myself. i knew i had a bad week as i snacked way too much. i also did not track my points at all and did nto drink my water. this is first gain i have had in 7 weeks of ww. so it really made me mad. i am back op today though, it is rough as i am really hungry, but i am not giving in and am doing it. i will have a loss next week, although i have to wi 2 days early as i am busy on regular night,b ut then the next week i will gain 2 extra days so it will even out. anyhow,s orry agian, next week will be better. i too had been losing 1 to 2 pounds a week, so this really made me mad at myself. a kick int he butt to wake me up. peg

Hello ladies,

today is going to be a real challenge for me. I have a baby shower to go to and there will be having dinner there. The good thing is that they are having cheese cake for dessert and I don't eat cheese cake. Hopfully I doin't eat to much.
