Just wanted to brag a bit.
I dug out my heart rate monitor and wore it for my walk today. I did an hour in my 75-80% zone. I haven't worn it in a while, today I felt like goofing off more than walking cuz it was a beautiful chilly fall day - so I used it to keep me on track rather than daydreaming

during my fitness walk time.
It worked out great. I'm so proud of me for my efforts.
