Ubee My eating has been leveling. Like you I remembered Laura's advice and was able to stop myself a few times on indulgences. I also pushed myself this week with food shopping to stop thinking about foods or meals I should avoid. Once I start avoiding certain foods that's when I break down and binge.
Lemon Yay for your 242!! You're so close! I loooove roasted veggies, it's how I cook almost all veg. From your QOD yesterday, I love my legs, they have a great shape to them. And today: I have a dress, that when I am in my 230s/220s looks fantastic on me. It's a summer/early fall dress so I have to get to it if I want to take it out of storage this year!
I do have an uneven floor, there is one exact spot in my bathroom that I have to place the scale, took me a while to figure that one out! Now the batteries are replaced and I am back at 245. I'm not feeling too discouraged though. I do keep forgetting to pack a lunch for work. Today I was running out the door so I grabbed some string cheese, cashews, and strawberries. I need to grill up some chicken tonight so I have something a bit more substantial.
I'll pose a QOD as well... What is your greatest non-scale victory this week? I'd say mine is what I mentioned above, eating fried food and putting down the plate after really enjoying a few bites.
