Or your body could just be having a "catch up" week. It happens. I found I would have 2 or 3 weeks of little or no loss and then a whoosh and drop 4 or 5 pounds in one week. Our bodies are funny things, they let go of fat when they want and all you can do is stay OP and the weight will come off.
Don't let the scale rule your life and mood. A zero or small week doesn't undo all the great progress you have made and will continue to make. It's just a data point in time. As a wise person once told me "as long as the trend line is towards recovery, I am fine."
As always, Ruth Ann - thanks so much for the encouraging words. And your comment re my healing ankle is very insightful!
Good news - I posted at length in the daily chat today -- my home scale finally moved off 190 and puts me unofficially past the notable 50lb loss mark, and I have said hello to the 180's. Great relief -- that little voice that was inciting fear of a multi week stall has been silenced.
Despite this good news, I
am re-dedicating myself to 100 percent practice of the P1 protocol, and as you have said many times, just staying OP all the time is a sure path to big success!
