*Sigh* I have not been here to update since Jan 13. That's about the same time as I started stalling. Coincidence? I think not. I have been the neglectful spouse in my marriage to the scale. Taking him for granted. Just a passing hello in the morning. I know for this wt loss journey to work, we must work together as one. I must think of him all day and work harder to keep him happy.

I MUST find a way to better prioritize health and wt loss again--my scale marriage is in jeopardy! Must stay more focused and accountable.
