I made it to water aerobics last night, for the abs workout (ow). Afterward, I tested my shoulder to the tune of 500 yards; it's still a little hinky and clicky. It should be fine as long as I don't get ahead of myself and try to go for thousands of yards next week. I can be really stupid that way.

Food's in control; scale is (too) stable.
saef, your wine glasses are beautiful! They make me think of my mom's tiny little juice glasses - who are these people who think a serving of orange juice is 3 oz?

I can only imagine how horrified people from that era would be if they could see today's portions!
Dagmar, agree - too-tight shorts are psychologically AND physically uncomfortable, whether you're in them or witnessing them on someone else! I don't have a lot of future obstacles either, just an Easter dinner which isn't an issue, except for the FIL who will try very hard to bust my alcohol budget.
iris - I used to get sparkling water with lime in a standard gin and tonic glass. No one ever questions it. I like your RHB icon!
allison - I read somewhere that modern wine glasses are designed so that the maximum diameter is about 4-5oz, for max surface area. I don't know if it's true for every glass, but it did hold up for my massive balloon goblets and my others, with one exception. Makes it easy to tell measurements!
megan, your upcoming schedule sounds rough. You're absolutely right - that's life and it has to be dealt with. Yikes!
jessica, your DH sounds like mine in that regard. Mine's on the cusp of making some changes too - he's getting tired of me kicking him every night for snoring, which is something that doesn't happen when he's not overweight by 10#. His 53rd bday is May 11, so maybe I can persuade him to run alongside the train.
silver, do they make emotional-flak jackets? I want one in every color!
My crazy younger GFs are signing us up for a June 2 "Filthy 5K". It's an obstacle run with mudpits and water hazards. Lordy!
