Anyone trying to get out of the 140s?

  • I'm currently 147lbs or I was last time I was weighed ( I had to be weighed at the doctor when I got my implant removed) since March i've gained like 21lbs and I haven't been over 140lbs in years so I feel really gross at this weight.
    I'm hoping to be back into the 130's by the 10th of September or sooner and I'm not weighing myself till the start of September so for all i know I could be less than 147lbs or more but I hope not since i've been really good with my diet/exercise these past few weeks.

    Had to buy new bras yesterday - oh, yeah - they were smaller size!!!

    If I stay here or below til next Sunday I'm moving on to the 130s thread!

  • Well... yesterday the scale hit 144! It was around mid day so not just from being extra light in the morning Hovering around 146 still most of the time but 144 is the lowest I have seen in a while so, super happy it is slowing inching lower!

  • It looks like I am gonna be stuck here for a while - I can't seem to get the scale moving down for longer than 2 days and then it just goes right back up to 141/142 again.

    It's annoying! I think I am enough in healthy weightrange that loosing is gonna be harder. But if 1400 calories is gonna be maintenance calories I am gonna go nuts too! lol.
  • I'm 148.5 I'm dying to be 139. I have set my goal to weigh 139 by October 31st. I'm a slow loser but I will be so happy when I see 39 again.
  • Hi everyone. I'm here at 3FC for a while now but I never really knew there was a thread dedicated to people who don't have a lot (more) to lose. So I was wondering if I can join in?
    I'm stuck at this weight for a few weeks. I was really bad with my eating on vacation and now I can't exercise because of a foot injury but surprisingly I didn't really gain nothing. I hope to reach the 140 mark in a month. I don't know if it's possible because I can't really exercise that hard, but I'll try my best.
    Anyone doing IF?
  • Hi Guys!

    I'm haven't posted on this board but I'd like to jump in if that's OK. I've gained about 15 lbs over the last 2 years since I had a terrible knee injury and wasn't able to work out for ages.

    My body likes to sit around 150 but I'm very uncomfortable there. If I work out and eat well I know I can get back to 135. Because of my injury all I can do is bike and lift weights. I'm aiming for spinning 3x a week plus commuting on my bike. I had an eating disorder for 10 years when I was young so I stay away from dieting. Just trying to eat healthy. I mostly want to fit back into my size 6 clothes!

    Hi y'all!
    I'm brand new here but I feel like this forum is the place for me. I'm in the same place as a lot of you (esp. you LisaTcan- I had an eating disorder for a while too and completely understand what your going through!) My goal is to listen to my body and my intuition and feel comfortable in my own skin for the first time in my life (without counting a single calorie!) I plan to move for the joy of movement. And eat to nourish my body while enjoying every bite!

    I need your support more than I care to admit!!

  • I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be out of the 140's by Thanksgiving. I know that's roughly 8 weeks away, but i've only got 6lbs to lose by then (putting me at 139.8), but it's still going to be something I have to work at! Here's to hoping I can break out of the 140's again!!

    is a great goal, I'd like to do it too!
    I like intuitive eating a lot! I've done it for 3 years, it doesn't help me lose weight thought..just maintain and not binge. I'm think I might try IF with an eating window of 12-8pm.
    I'm down to 146 now, really would love to see 144 by next week.

  • Welp a whole month later and I finally saw 144 again. I really need to get back on top of things, I got out of the habit of tracking my eating when I had a tooth pulled at the end of August and haven't been good about tracking since. You'd think having to give up soda and crunchy foods for weeks would have helped me lose a pound or two. But no. On the plus side I'm still 5 pounds down from my highest so onward! I need to start getting more active.
