shasha12: I've been having issues getting moving too haha. It's just so cold, I want to stay cuddled up somewhere warm, not work out, boo XD I usually leave little notes for myself telling me to work out, or make a list of what I have to do that day and put some exercise time in, and that eventually gets me to do it because I hate not seeing a little check mark by everything on my list XD
Saw 157.5 again yesterday, looks like the post-Thanksgiving waterweight is gone for me too. Saw 154 this morning, but that was after I went for a 5 mile walk, so that's a dehydrated 154, I'm thinking. I'll have to see what I get on Friday
