    I'm at 167.2 today and feeling pretty good about it. I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around this decade. My brain keeps turning 167.2 into 172.6 as if any number below 170 could not possibly exist.

  • I weigh every day but Thursday is the day I record my weight. I've been bouncing between 167 and 166 all week but of course today I'm back to 168.2. If I don't get a whoosh before the end of the month I fear I'll start tearing my hair out and that's bad on several levels but not least because I don't think I can rock the bald look.

  • Awesome puneri! I joined here months ago wanting to get out of the 160s and go lower, now I want to get back in! Currently 172. Wish me luck!
  • yesterday was my weigh-in and I was 165.4. In the last 3 weeks Ive only lost 2lbs, and I am frustrated. This week I am working my tail off becasue I am SOOOO super ready to get the heck out of the 160īs!

    I hear you, lovemydoggies. It's been about 2 and a half in 3 weeks for me but it just feels so slow. But you're halfway through this decade! Keep going and good luck on upping your game.

    So i've been stuck betweein 163-168 for about 9 months now and i just got my WS today so i am hoping i'll leave these numbers in a week or 2. weight today was about 165 so we'll see
  • This morning I was 165 even! It was a nice surprise for me since just yesterday I was 166.6.
  • I thought the 170's were hard, but the 160's are terrible. I'm losing my focus daily. I'm so good in the morning & afternoon. But evening = BAD. I ate terribly for at least 4 days now so I'm scared to death to step on the scale. I will cry if I'm in the 170's... Also TOM so locating isn't helping any. I'm getting motivated here to start this very moment & red educate myself to calorie counting. I ate 3 slices of pizza,2 2 beers& ice cream last night. Seemed yummy last night but so not worth the mental beating & regret. I wish I had a food allergy to fast food & all my favorites. Oh well, back on the wagon I go.
