I said no to McDonald's french fries. My friend ended up getting some in the drive through and I had to smell them the whole way home...UGGHHH! But it was well worth it and I do not feel GUILT!!!

On this warm, humid day, I was walking through our village, which has a Hagen-Dasz parlor, and a line had formed inside with people getting ice cream. I kept walking. I promised myself a chocolate sugar-free Jell-o mousse pudding cup tonight. Which I've just eaten, at 7:30 PM. And I'm glad I did not have any ice cream. It really is possible to enjoy a summer day without it.

I held half of a bean burrito for my toddler today while she played. Cheese was seriously oozing out of it. I wanted a bite SO BAD! But...I said no, wrapped it back up and popped it into the fridge for her to have tomorrow. Phew!
