Hattie~the waiting room is a separate room and you have to be buzzed into the back where the treatment rooms (and restrooms) are. They won't buzz you in unless you are a patient (and since I filled out all the paperwork for my FIL, they knew I wasn't the injured one--lack of dripping blood may have pointed that out as well!). No worries, we were there less than 45 minutes which is a world record.

Don't think I can really say "I quit" yet. I'm using the patch-Stage 2. But, I haven't cheated just a little in two days. Last week, I cut back to 2 packs all week instead of a pack a day. That's why I started scouring my brain for my ankle weights. Sitting on the truck with nothing to do but eat while jonesin' for a smoke wasn't gonna help my diet or my nerves. So, I found a way to keep my hands busy, stop thinking about what else is in my lunch bag to eat and tone up. I did a good 20 min. inclined walk on my treadmill today, so, I'm just gonna bring 6 of the bags to work my arms.

Not bad choices. Both have their positives. I wish you luck in your hunting for a new place.

Allison... you had to hold it for 45 minute more or less though. I applaud that. My lil bladder couldn't of done that... or being the moment I got back, I'd of darted, zoooooomed to the closest bathroom... not caring if anyone else was in there, as I'd just sit on their lap and relieved myself.

Love the house Allison....have worked on many over the years in La Jolla...hate driving down into that town. Worked there for over a year at La Valencia Hotel...a La Jolla landmark...saw the "stars" every now and then.

I tried the gum a few years ago. Did OK, but my teeth paid a high price. Wish I had talked to my dentist first. Figure this time I should try without a "habit replacement" or at least a habit(the weights) that will produce good returns. Thanks for the prayers. I am gonna need all I can get.
