Good morning everyone!
Hope you all had a good night last night. I slept very well and onto a new day. Yesterday went much better and I managed 2 sessions on the treadmill ( I really struggles with the first one). It felt really nice feeling well again and being back on my shedule. I had too many starches yesterday though so I must work harder....goal is to have very strict month but one step at a time.
Ms perception, hang in there. You have been steadily losing weight every week and your body may just be stabilizing that loss, I think you are doing fantastic!

Christian, heyyyyyyy girl .....thanks for popping in to say hi. Jeez we miss you, I hope you get your power back. When we lost power as all we did was get take out! Christian, no worries girl, just take care of yourself and we will all be here when you come back and once you go right back to it I am sure those pounds will come right off. I am so happy to hear that your daughter is doing well and recovering in a speedy fashion.

Taking off for a vaca in 3 weeks sure is good incentive! I don't know too much about the calorie cycling but in the past heard them mention about calorie zig zagging, going up one day and down the next....from what I understand it basically keeps your body from getting too adjusted or comfortable and can spike metabolism by throwing this little curveball at it. Changing your meals and content of meals can also do the same thing if one eats the same things day in day out, the body adapts over time. Your idea of going to the calorie counters is great, I am sure they will be able to help you more with that.
I will be working on some more things to rev up my metabolism along the way as well......protein always worked like a charm for me, particularly chicken and fish.........especially fish ( I lose fastest when I eat that). With that being said, I ought to pick some up! I havn't really done the mini meals idea every 2 hours or so to keep metabolism revved because I like my larger dinners! lol I do have a healthy snack though inbetween. I don't know if I helped at all, I feel more like I rambled! lol
