I still remember the first day of my IP consultation when I got on the scale and I found out I was 258lbs
and my coach asked me what was my goal weight? I immediately did mental math, I wanted to be at the most in the 150's and I would be so very happy and comfortable in the 140's even 130's but in those seconds that I did the math, I could not think of having to lose 100 lbs. or even more than that, it just was a huge thing to achieve and I didn't want to feel discouraged, like I was never going to get there.
I too want to lose over 100lbs. and by setting small milestones we'll be able to stay strong and get there!
