  • Happy weekly WI everyone ...

    I started the cellulite reduction (or bootcamp) plan on IP this week ... It seems to be helping me get out of that slow loss rut ... Hoping it continues!

    1/1 - started at 150.2
    01/8 152.6 (+2.4) (yep! - was sick and on antibiotics)
    1/15 148.6 (-4.0)
    1/22 -147.8 (-0.8)
    1/29 -147.0 (-0.8)
    2/05 -144.6 (-2.4)

    Hello to all!
    In Jan.2001 I weighted 250 lbs and joined TOPS support group.
    In Dec.2001 I lost 60 lbs.
    By Dec. 2003 I weighed in at my goal weight of 155. Thing is I still belong to TOPS but I joined last week because I needed to find something to get me out of the rut I've been. I can't believe how good it feels to have found you guys.

    1/25/13-200.25 my highest weight in 2 years
    2/04/13-199 back on the right track

    Hi All
    I was looking for a weekly weigh in group. Wed is my weigh in day..and as of today I am down 22 pounds in 5 weeks....today I was down 3 which is how its been for the last 3 weeks. I think I will crank up the exersice and try to hit 4 a week. Have a great week everyone!

  • Well today was weigh in # 5 and I was down 5lbs for a total of 25 in 5 weeks. I am very happy about this. I just hope that it keeps going. I am 4 lbs from my first goal to be under 200 lbs!! I hope that everyone has a good week !! Let's keep going!!

    Down 2. I'm going to have to be really vigilant to manage to show a loss next week. This weekend (Thur p.m. - Monday p.m.) I will be out of town. Both exercise and eating right will be harder.

    I missed my TOPS (take off pounds weekly weigh-in) this week with my cold.
    Today is my 45th birthday and found the courage to step on the scales and maintained last week loss.

    The blizzard kept me away from the gym for a few, but I kept my calories in check..hoping for a better weigh-in next week!

    I don't mind sharing - glad it resonated! It's just a simple truth that I live by these days.

    Another mantra I tell myself - sweat is just fat crying. Not mine, just an unknown on www that I adopted. Love that one, too!

    I just finally decided I was NOT going to end up skinny fat this time. That's a huge reason why I always end up gaining it back. I get down to a scale weight that was reasonable but still see smoosh-y girl in the mirror and get discouraged. Then I would rationalize with myself - why do all this cardio, not eat all that bad-but-oh-so-good food and still not like what I see in the mirror? Bah - had to get out of my own way and start lifting weights!
