I'm doing fine staying off the smokes, but am really struggling with everything else (eating, activity, sleeping, water, etc).

Trust me...losing any gained weight from quitting is just icing on the cake compared to quitting smoking. I can taste my foods so much better (didn't even realize what I was missing all these years), I can now run 2.8 miles without stopping (who knew I had such lungs!!!), and I love not smelling of foul smelling smoke. Yup...I true EX-smoker I am. And the BEST news...I'll probably live alot longer (barring getting ran over by a milk truck!

Hang in there. I just passed the 5 year mark in September. You won't regret it - despite the weight issues.
