I was having a terrible day - my son is sick and I was exhausted from being up with him all night.
I followed my healthy eating plan all day but by 5 I was pretty hungry. Kids were begging for pizza so I ordered in. The pizza sat there on the table, smelling fantastic. My mouth watered every time I walked by it. I almost gave in about 20 times but I finally got up, cleaned up and put the left overs in the fridge. I scrambled a few eggs, cut up a red pepper with a side of hummus. Filled up a huge glass of water, sat down and ate. Within 30 minutes I felt great.

I overcame that demon that was urging me to dive face first into the pizza box

I am struggling to get through phase 1 of sbd, with a relapse on the weekend (friend's wedding)

however, I jogged my my treadmill and feel really good. I am glad I survived a difficult day of temptation. I know I have to take it one day at time and really pat myself on the back for these small victories over my food addiction. Thanks everyone for the great posts and for this great thread!
