Ha! The after photos are mocha shakes from New Lifestyle. Haven't done a Phase 4 Margarita yet!
Funny, my sister pointed out that there is more space between us in the photos... though I believe there is very little space between us at all.
Still wish we could have a Progress Photos Only thread and refer our congratulations to the posters on the Daily Thread. It would be wonderful to just see the pictures....they speak for themselves and inspire both Newbies and those of us who still have weight to lose.

I have posted some new before and after shots of my sister and me. When I was in NH last week, I told her we needed to recreate some old classics, so we schlepped a camera and tiny tripod out on our trail run. The kitchen photo was much easier; please note the beverage choices.
My new avatar is the butt shot, as requested by my friend Wannabe. (Carla, please notice that you can't see my face in this picture!)

Sorry, I'm not on the IP diet, but I just wanted to address this since someone mentioned not knowing how to pull them apart.
On the forum I moderate for, there is an option to remove posts from a thread and place them into another thread. That might be something that can be done here if people want it done.
you look amazing! A lovely smile and beautiful skin and your pretty, curvy shape! I am so happy that your fiance is coming home and you will be able to share this all with him. Please tell him that we all are thankful for his service. The sacrifice that both you are making is truly appreciated. HAVE A GREAT TWO WEEKS and we'll be here waiting for full report.
