That's one really big help to me. I may get that in before I even get the bed made or get the first family member out the door for the day. I'm not hungry yet at that time, so I don't have the feeling I want anything with it - have just gotten used to early morning water. The taste of the water is not competing with any other taste, either, and it honestly never dawns on me to think something else would have tasted better. That way I'm 16 ounces on my way to my water goal before the day's barely started, before I've even decided on my breakfast. It makes the rest of the water goal for the day seem more do-able all day long.
Welcome, Stronger. Don't pay too much attention to the slip-ups. Just start again from where you are and keep going! Good luck.
Welcome, Bean87 - gee bathing suit season. Is anyone buying a new suit this year? I have a really nice one I'll be getting BACK into and may just be happy with that. I don't get a chance to swim much anyway. I know some of us here swim for part of our exercise, though.

I do have a couple of suits that fit that I wear for lap swimming, but I want something much more fun for lounging around the pool.

At least you get to come home and not put up with those people 24/7. Imagine their spouses
Can't you feel sorry for them making demands 24/7???
It only really hurts to walk
Anyway, it's feeling better today after resting it a fair bit yesterday
I had 3 5 yo newbies, and one 5 yo from a couple of weeks ago who were hyperactive and excitable and completely mental!
What's worse is their parents shouting to them to tell them stuff that I'm telling them. They turn around and look at mum/dad and completely miss what I'm saying next
I might have to ban parents.
$3.63 per tile!
If I can find a really nice tile and it goes well in the laundry room, we'll bring it right through the kitchen. Then it'll be LOTS of tile. This is the first place I've actually seen one I liked and it's a small town lumber yard. I'm sure we can do better when we look further afield. Ach more shopping
