    The food is an issue for me too, especially the quality issue. One piece of candy is not appealing to me, but I can go overboard on other things that are bad choices like potato chips. Right now I am staying away from them totally.

    My Free Days are more like Free Meals, for example, we went out for Italian, I had seafood-scallops, my favorite prepared with lots of veggies and probably more olive than I use at home, but it was good.

    Would love to get to the hourglass shape again, used to wear a lot of off the shoulder stuff, but my gut is really still a huge issue for me. I am trying to cut out the low quality carbs to see how that works for me.

    LBWO tonight if I get home from work early enough - otherwise tacking it onto tomorrow's routine.

    Su_Bee - I have also gained weight and lost inches when heavily training and then it all comes together and works out.
