Hi Ladies - Well I had a pretty good day, got in some cardio, and some strength training.
Eating was fine, too. Who here tracks measurements? I'd love to hear some inch losses that came along with losing weight. My main goal is inch loss...I'm going to re-do my measurements in about 4-5 weeks. I've lost ALOT off my bust - hopefully it was from around the back and not upfront!
I've lost a nice amount off the main areas: bust, waist, hips, arms, thighs - not alot, but something I can notice at least.
I'm still wanting to see more progress on the size of my calves, but that'll take time...and it's also an area that doesn't have alot of body fat over it either, so I just gotta tone, tone, tone!

I'll have to exercise when I get home from work, then grab a quick shower, throw dinner together, and head back out. I have an information session for a Master's degree program at George Washington University tonight. I highly doubt I'd be able to afford the program, but at least the information session is free

on your full day OP. One day at a time is a great way to do it. All that talk about Subway has really got me fancying it now. I have to go out tomorrow so I think that will be my lunch. Now I just have to decided if I want a wrap or a sub, decisions decisions

It sounds like you have, like all of us here, have had many attempts at dieting but still find yourself at a size that shocks you. Well let me tell you, now you are here you will have so much support and encouragement THIS will be the time that you lose the weight and keep it off
