  • Personally, the meetings make me stay on track.
    I was trying to go it alone for a few months before I gae up the ghost and joined, and I'm so glad I did!

    IF you are super disciplined or have a group that you are doing it with, you can do it online. My friend does online only and she's been very successful; of course, she's MUCH more OCD than I am but that's just me
