How many pounds from goal are you?

Thanks for the congrats on my progress so far.
I am about 12lbs more than what I wanted to be at this stage, but I guess that's what a get for a loooong stall like I had a bit ago. I'm just gonna keep going!

Trying real hard not to impulse eat, the worst time for me.......and I am really hoping that the gain, even if only 2 lbs, is just bloat!! I was being pessimistic the other day about my loss, now I know why. I'm going to push the water and get up and move


The thought of left-overs in the fridge would drive me mental and I'd end up having those as a late night snack! I've never quite figured out why I was like that but I'm sure there's some deep-rooted psychological issue somewhere.
Just learning basic portion control, how to eat slowly and recognize the signs that I'm full have been lifesavers for me.
