I had a 2 pound gain at weigh-in last night. But I was expecting it. I knew that some of that 4 pounds from last week was just from having the flu and being dehydrated. But 2 pounds of it was honest to goodness loss so I'll be happy about that. And I'm back on track for the coming week. I have to go back and see where I started but I do believe I'm down about 5 pounds with 5 pounds to go for my Yule Challenge.
Cathryn, I'm a slow loser, too. But when I finally manage to get it off, it tends to stay off. So that's okay. Slow and steady wins the race!
