One of the biggest things that has helped for me was to read and work with the books by Geneen Roth. I don't follow intuitive eating, but I use a lot of the mental techniques to not fall into bingeing.
Do you make sure to eat enough during the day? If you are eating too few calories or restricting yourself too much you could just be having a reaction that your body is hungry and so it has you reach for high calorie foods. If you really do like healthy food could you try to put a rule in place that says you have to eat something healthy first before you eat whatever else it is you are craving?
If I really want McDonalds (or whatever else) I can have it. However, I try and make myself wait at least 2 days. If I feel like I want something I say to myself, "if you still want it on Saturday, you can have it." That way I allow myself to have the craving, but I don't give into it right away. Most often it passes, like you mentioned with the breakfast. Doing it this way I don’t feel like I am depriving myself of anything and it helps to make me not want it so much. This doesn’t work for everyone, but it really does it for me. Also, since I count calories if I really want it come Saturday I work it into my day.

It is gonna be really really hard to re train our minds that we need to eat to live, NOT to live to eat!!!! But if you do fall off the wagon, stand up, dust your self off and get right back on!!! Everyone has weaknesses and eating to much is ours. Find one thing that you would really love to do when you lose weight. I mean something really important to you.
