BRENDA, I'm so glad you're feeling better!! Cornbread waffles?

You mean you can MAKE them and not EAT them?? Not me, girlfriend! I'd have to snarf down about 4 of those, and then go eat the rest of the world. <insert Godzilla smiley> You ARE a good wife!
ANGIE - Always good to see you, but I'm glad you had such an active, outdoor weekend. That's the stuff that pounds areN'T made of!
KENYA - Now be careful,

studying kills brain cells.

I hope the clinicals went well & now you get caught up on your sleep.
NIGHTKATT - You're sweet - Thanks! Your kind comment made me feel good. * I agree with your logic on the exercise. It does make sense! It's just hard to fight fight fight to get it off, then LET it go back up even a couple. * I'm glad you're feeling better! For me p.m. workouts are definately harder than a.m. ones. In the a.m. the hardest part is just getting out of bed - and staying that way.

Your dinner sounded delicious! Good job on the H2O. I haven't been getting quite enough of that lately, and most of what I drink is so late in the day that I have to get up all night. I finally slept all the way through the night (and the puppy only woke me up 20 minutes before the alarm fo once) but my weight is up 2 pounds this morning. Obviously I should just drink some water and go back to bed to give it a chance to come back down.
AYANNA - Good job on not giving in about your food at work, even if you did slip a bit that evening. Work was always a place I had trouble with. It seemed like I put my energy into my tasks and never put up any resistance to temptation. Even boredom at work made me eat more. Being tired at work used to make me take a walk... to the vending machines. If you spend that many hours at work and can control your eating, then you have a victory. Walking when you got home was an extra +++. You are SO on the right track for success. I hope today is an even better day for you!

NEWSNERD
I've got a visit with the eye doc today. I'm glad it's in the a.m., but it messes up my morning schedule... and I don't get to sleep in. My sleep schedule has been so messed up for the last 10 years that getting into a normal sleep rhythm is a big deal. I feel like I'm still trying to catch up, and I've never been much of a morning person. I can STAY up til 5 or 6 a.m., but GETTING up then is horrible. I better get used to it, or I'll be back in a truck again - NOooooo!
My little Simon puppy went off with his Aunt Barbara again this morning. Little does he know what awaits him.... snip snip!

I will just have to fret until I know he's feeling better.
HAVE A DAY, BRAVE CHICKIES!!!
