September mini-challenge!

  • Well I met my weight loss goal, actually I exceeded it. I lost 6 lbs. I am starting to really feel the difference with my pants falling down and being loose. I still don't feel as successful as I'd like to, but it's a start.
    I didn't keep up with the food journal, but from the last two weeks or so of not doing it - I do see a difference and plan to start that again. I did not get to any of my spritual goals, as per usual. It was a very trying month in many ways for me, so I guess given the amount of stress I had I'm lucky that I did get to the 6 lbs at least.

    That's too bad your exercise routine was blown but I;m sure you will be back to it in no time!

  • thanks gals! i guess i shouldn't be so hard on myself. it's hard not to compare myself with my hubby. he's down 40 lbs to my 15 in the last 2 months.
    but at least i am sticking with it this time.
