Sue - great news on the even scale ... I always dread the going up ... I have reached the mindset that as long as it doesnt go up on weigh in day .. I will be able to accept it not going down lol .... try to reset your food times during the day as you will be having your dinner later .... like maybe a snack (which you would have had before bedtime perhaps) at your regular dinner time so that your metabolism keeps working and you dont get tempted to stop for fast food on your way home ... good luck!
Sabrina - Im sure you would be able to get through with the cake .. when it goes through the scanner they would definitely be able to see if there is a file in it lol .. if necessary ask if the cabin crew can keep it in the kitchen area if there is a concern. Good luck!

I am now adding Pilates Zone every night to my day .. I do the Turbo Jam in the morning (which I am gonna get doing soon) and then I do the Pilates Zone at night before bed ... fortunately last night I wasnt in anywhere near as much pain as I was in the last time I did it last week rofl ... so all I can think is wow ... improvement after a day .. lol .. Im just waiting for the truancy officer to come around so that she can take Ash to school (that way I know she is going to get there!), then I just have to hope she comes home after school instead of taking off somewhere again ... which is becoming a daily occurence. Tonight its chicken breast and steamed veges for dinner, Im going to marinade the chicken, not sure with what ... oh . maybe my sweet chili sauce . will have to go have a look at my herbs and spices.

I joined this site 3 weeks ago and everyone here is just great. We all understand, and we all have our own difficulties we have to deal with, just like what you mentioned with you. You are in the right place. For me, I have made it a matter of health. It's good that you have your blood sugar under control.
I showed up early just so I could claim a table to sit at! So, I struggled to squeeze into the tiny desk he assigned to me and spent two hours with one butt cheek hanging off.
I'm sure that was a lovely sight! Finally, class ended. I went up to him after most of the class had cleared out and told him point blank that I have to sit at the table, that I just couldn't handle the desk. He said it was ok, and I was sooooo embarrassed. I knew better than to try, but I was too embarrassed to tell him in front of the class that I couldn't sit in the desk. Like they couldn't notice the 300+ lb woman struggling within their midst--LOL!
