  • Friday: 30 minute walk
  • Can't believe we made it to page 2.

    Thursday. Gym for 50 minutes. lower body workout.
  • Friday- Ramp it Up
    Saturday- rest
    Sunday- probably do the 4 mile WATP
  • FRIDAY: 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Saturday: 30 minute walk - man was it HOT!
  • Saturday: 60 minutes water aerobics
  • Sunday- 2 mile walk. Did not get in many days this week, will try to do more next week!
