Thursday. Gym for 50 minutes. lower body workout.
Friday- Ramp it Up
Saturday- rest
Sunday- probably do the 4 mile WATP

FRIDAY: 30 minutes of water aerobics

Sunday- 2 mile walk. Did not get in many days this week, will try to do more next week!
