I would say make your cut off time 8 p.m. because more than likely you won't find time to sit down and eat while you're at work. That way you'll be able to enjoy your dinner and probably feel full for the rest of the evening. I started making our dinner time at 6 instead of 5 because my cut off time is 8 and it helped make me feel fuller for the rest of the evening. I'll also have some tea or a coffee and that cures the munchies after 9 for me. I don't know what it was but when my kids went to bed, I'd just want to raid the kitchen. I broke that, thankfully.
