I buy a Hawaiian marinade (bottled) that I use on my fish. I put the fish in a baking dish, then pour a small amount of the marinade over it and bake it.
It's soooooo good.
She just put a little pepper and covered it in lemon wedges for a while in the fridge... then broiled it (without the lemon wedges). Then she made little tiny dipping cups with a tablespoon of soy sauce and a tiny squirt (to taste) of Wasabi... it was incredible.
You just dip the fish and it is a very liquidy dip so it doesn't weigh the fish down... just gives an incredible flavor.
