Hi TUrtles,
Mousie,

this is absolutely not fair. I am so sorry you banged your back up so badly (and so grateful that it hasn't done any permanent damage).
Well, I hope you have some grand memories of moving along so fast on your skates and I am soooooo thankful that your friend was with you and could help you out to the ER.

In the meantime you know we are all pulling for you and sending good healing

: I'm sorry your celebration had such dire turn of events.
Princess, oh my goodness. You have reached 10%. It's just that the scale at WW's hasn't recognized it yet. Having been in your position many times, I can feel the frustration that you are feeling. However, you are in onederland and I am so happy for you. That

and

are working beautifully for you. Weigh to go! This is a momentary glitch--hopefully your TOM won't delay the weight loss on scale any longer than now and you'll have a

: at your next WI. You're doing great (which I know isn't as fabulous as getting the 10% recognition at WW's but you are almost there).
Ariana, we're always happy to hear from you and know that you're super busy at work. Chime in when you can. We love hearing what you have to say.
Martha, good to hear from you. How are you doing?
I'm doing okay. Got to doc yesterday and he gave me a cortisone shot in my bursar area near my hip. He said sometimes the pain from that area also affects the knee and my knee may be okay. So far, so good. I'm hoping this shot makes all the pain go away. I'd love to get some exercise in, but am crossing yoga (how I hurt myself) and roller blading (how Mousie hurt herself)
off the list. Swimming is looking mighty good right now.
Take care, keep writing and have a lovely day.
Love,.
Judy
