  • Thursday: 30 minutes of water aerobics in the morning, after breakfast.

    30 minutes of water aerobics in the evening after dinner
  • Tuesday, 2.5 hours bike ride

    Wednesday, 30-40 minutes walking
  • Friday: 30 minute walk, then 45 minutes water aerobics
  • Friday-- 1 hour Curves.
  • Saturday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
  • Saturday: Another 45 minute session of water aerobics, PLUS a 30 minute walk with about 5 minutes of jogging!
