  • How do you make the mini cordon bleu?
Quote: This may not be the kind of suggestion that you're are looking for, but I've been making the meals that I used to make, but just adjusting the amount I make to correspond with the total calories I want in the meal. (My new specialties are the tiny chicken cordon bleu and the miniature lasagna- they are almost too cute to eat... well almost!)
I love chicken. I'm always open to new ways to prepare it.
  • Bump cuz I'm thinking about this today.
  • I'm not sure what the protein-fat-carb breakdown is, but I like to get a large whole wheat pita and cut it in half (70-80 calories), add some hummus (50 calories), and some feta cheese (45 calories), plus stuff some veggies inside -- cucumber, sprouts, onions, lettuce, tomatoes. That'll get up to about 200 calories, with some fat and carbs and proteins.
  • A couple of handfuls of mixed greens, 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and one serving of triscuit triangles. About 200 cals 41% protein, 40% carbs, and 18% fats!
