Thanks for the picture Candyce.I'm still stuffy but not as bad.And my ear didn't hurt.My grandaughter is coming later for 2 days. We will go to the movies-shop-watch a video. All that's on my mind -besides turning 63-is work. I hope I'm up to it. The ear pain comes and goes-right now it is gone. And I can tell I'm holding my face rigid.Jessica picked out lots of clothes in an hour and a half-record time. We are going to the movies today. My son told me that my other grandaughter is swimming to the bottom of their pool-doing flips. Amazing for a child that can't use her legs.Oh-it's so muggy in my appt. Have to turn on the air. I hope you had a better weekend than I did . I guess I can say it was not all bad. I just can't shake this congestion.My niece that I haven't seen in 18 yrs is down. She and her hubby and son are staying at her mothers place for the week. She is very nice and what a talker. Just like her mother.
Mima- Try some warm compresses for your ear. The heat will relax the muscles in your face. Hope you feel better.

So both Joanne and Mima have been sick...that is no fun.
I drank a wee bit on Saturday and had a hangover yesterday and was scared that I pushed what had been a really good week into a flare up...but I am OK today.
I tell you this diet seems to help with my energy, resilience, motivation.
Love those fish sandwiches but I can forget about them if I feel this good.
No aches.
Maybe I am in my summer remission.

I went to WW last night and I was up for the first time-the filet,tortilla chips,little walking.Not journaling. My daughter went with me and she joined for the mptenth time-she wanted me to pay for her but I'll wait til she shows she's sincere.She's coming over tomorrow for my b.d. and we are going to walk.She's in grad school ,very pretty, but always has struggled.My grandaughter and I are going to the Senior luncheon today!!!Then she's going home which is good because I'm tired.We watched the Teen awards last night-how bad is that?They keep you young and tired.Joanne-I hope you feel better soon-I was told it's the mold and FL. has plenty.I need to keep my sinuses open and drained because they get infected.I use a nasal spray-prescription and antihistimane sometimes.And hot and sour soup when it's bad.I'm going to go get breakfast. I was saying those fish sandwiches are the best BUT one of those is almost my whole day of points. They are more points than a hamburger. The breading soaks up the oil.

H everyone!!Fish and fries-19 points-I know and that's my whole day total.Next time I'll get a hamburger. But that will be a long way off. The marvels of the internet-I just got an e-card and a gift certificate to Amazon.com from my oldest son. And I know if I was there I'd be having dinner and a cake. But my daughter is coming over and we are walking which is also a treat. She wanted to go to lunch but we are both WW so I'll see.My girlfriend said she was taking me to dinner but I think she forgot she said it. She has sleep apnea and hardly gets any sleep so she forgets things.I'm letting this day go and I've already had a nice surprise. Went to the senior luncheon and I had a stomache ache the rest of the day-ate ham with sauce potato and applesauce-their food is not so good.Sounds good but I guess I eat too healthy. They do have a salad bar which I'll try sometime.Jessica's gone-mother was going to change her punishment to 2 weeks.Happy-hope you are having fun.
