However, I decided to change certain things like only buying grass fed organic meats, organic veggies, using more olive oil instead of butter, eggs high in Omega 3's (cage free as well -- oh boy, they taste so yummy!) and so on. I told myself that if I was going to eat such healthy foods, I could go ahead and cut out the artificial stuff, and any other processed things I was taking in.. I included the bars, and atkin's shakes in this catagory. So I did this, and feel absolutely wonderful. Before, I was ok, but now I really can tell the difference. It's hard to explain.. but I guess the point is... eat the good meats, fats, and veggies and there shouldn't be any complaints. I find it even funnier that your husband eats so terribly but has a large opinion on your way of eating. LOL Men sometimes.. <grins>
