Well, me and my body let me down yesterday.
water and 1.5 my exercise in yesterday. Eating wasnt op.
Today's goal
Get all my water in
Go for my walk, depending on how Im feeling, to the gym tonight for a class.
Read thru some of my many diets books, and put together another plan.
I will eat lower carb, and will not pigout or binge on anything today!
I will NOT let myself down today.
