    Just wanted to let you know you have company in 'plateau land'. I believe I have only dropped a few pds in the past 6 wks. It is rather frustrating!!!

    Then finally the scale started to move again last week - but alas there was some disruptions in my daily schedule and I slid a little off plan.
    Now it has been a few days of deviating off plan a little here and there.... and I am back up to where I was two weeks ago.
    At this rate I may be on the weightloss phase for almost the whole year.

    The last pounds you have to lose can be excrutiatingly slow (UNLESS YOURE SHENNIE!!!), It took me FOREVER to hit goal and I was so frustrated too. SOmehow I broke it and managed to lose past goal, which I suggest for everyone, since stabilization and maintennance can make you fluctuate as much as 5 pounds!

    I may make it there someday myself if I can stop sliding off my plan

  • Well Ladies, I am joining ya'll in plateau land. I have been on the plan for 2 months now, I dropped 20 lbs., but in the last 3 weeks, I have been losing and gaining the same 2 lbs. I went in last Tues. and was down 2 lbs. and thought the plateau was over. Went in today and was up 1.4 lbs. UGGGHH!! In 5 more lbs. I was to switch to purple, so she went ahead and made the switch. We will see if that helps. I have also started upping my exercise to see if that will help break it.
    WE CAN DO THIS CHICKIES - I KNOW WE CAN!!!!
  • Well, WI last night wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. I was the same as I was on Friday. Go figure... That's Something anyway, at least I didn't go up. This morning MY scale says I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday. Which would put me past that silly 20 pound mark. I'm beginning to think its all in my head. I am going to see if getting back on the treadmill will help. Thanks everyone for the encouragement! I really appreciate it. I know we can ALL do this!...Cheers to you all...
  • Well, last night's WI put me on the down side of this plateau! Finally!

    On to the next goal!
