Just wanted to let you know you have company in 'plateau land'. I believe I have only dropped a few pds in the past 6 wks. It is rather frustrating!!!
Then finally the scale started to move again last week - but alas there was some disruptions in my daily schedule and I slid a little off plan.
Now it has been a few days of deviating off plan a little here and there.... and I am back up to where I was two weeks ago.
At this rate I may be on the weightloss phase for almost the whole year.

That's Something anyway, at least I didn't go up. This morning MY scale says I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday. Which would put me past that silly 20 pound mark. I'm beginning to think its all in my head.
