I wish I was seeing a change in my arms and my abs


Now if I could just get rid of my huge chest and thighs... I've only lost about 1 inch from my chest so far... 
I think it's just because I've been doing a lot of leg-based workouts (walking, etc). I'm sure my abs will be the last place to see it!
When I incorporate weight training, my arms respond amazingly well. My abs do too BUT there's always too, too much fat covering them to see all the hard work. It's very dissapointing. Ofcourse, this is a motivating factor to lose weight because I want to see my ab muscles. I want a flat stomach. I want it, I want it, I want it!
