This is day 3 for my workouts. Hmmmmm - do we see a 21 day challenge in my future? I did a mile and 1/2 this a.m. at 6:30
It felt good. I am also using weights!

After my weekend, I gained 2 more lbs and went up to 238
I was too 'shamed to change my ticker
I dropped below 236 and believe it is the result of my consistent workouts. I am going for another 7 days (1 down so far) and I will look forward this time to Monday's weigh-in.
