where is this on iTunes??? i came across some techno mixes, but nothing that looked that great (they looked better for a party or if i was really drunk and wanted to dance).
  • exermusic i think was the name. It was ok but it was also a techno mix type thing, not exactly what i was looking for.
  • I like to mix it up alot.
I listen to anything and everything with a good beat. Hip hop , reggae, R&B, alternative, Whatever motivates me to move.

    Example:
    Dontcha - The Pussycat Dolls
    Pitbull - Toma
    Sean Paul - Temperature
Black Eyed Peas - My humps
Nina Sky - Move your body
    Ying yang twins - Shake
    Elephant Man - Jook Gal
    Ciara - 1,2 step
    Field Mob - So what
    Nelly - Flap your wings
Mariah Carey - Shake it off
    Jennifer Lopez - Get right
    Gwen Stefani - Rich Girl
Destiny's Child - Lose my Breath
    Amerie - 1 thing
    Kanye West - Workout Plan
    Justin Timberlake - Signs

    Hope this helps.
  • Karma, great list, I like a lot of your choices and some good ideas. I also like anything by Missy Elliott for running, really gets me going. And Pump it by BEP.
  • I have a playlist of dancing ditties on my computer which I boogie to at night by the shimmering glow of a glitterlamp.

My advice would be to exercise to the music you love. You might be flagging but then one of your all time favourites comes on and it keeps you going a few more minutes. Works for me, anyway

I love trance, pop and disco - some of my favourites include (cheese alert):
    • So Good - Rachel Stevens (125 bpm)
    • Lady - Modjo (126 bpm)
    • Can't Get You Out of my Head - Kylie Minogue (126 bpm)
    • Boogie Wonderland - Earth Wind and Fire (129 bpm)
    • Another Chance - Roger Sanchez (130 bpm)
    • Dance Yourself Dizzy - Liquid Gold (131 bpm)
    • Atomic - Blondie (135 bpm)
    • Just Around The Hill - Sash! (136 bpm)

There's a nifty website that lets you find out the bpm for tracks: http://www.all8.com/tools/bpm.htm
