! I also travel at least one day a week and find myself eating and drinking too much to be considered OP.I'm just learning how to manage my eating so I am close to or on plan and keep losing weight. So far, it's been tough, but it is doable. I don't eat a meal anymore unless its a salad - I'll order a couple of appetizers that are close to keeping OP or share part of his. Pasta can be my devil
but if we're eating italian, I just order the appetizer portion and split it in half.I've also started working out and that seems to help - atleast when I am not totally OP, I don't gain. Anytime you're over the top - drink plenty of water the next day, it helps
