Even though I didn't meet my goal last month, I am going to up a little to 600 minutes for March and see how I do. I've picked up a bunch of workout videos at thrift shops this past week to try out. Plus I really think I'm going to join Curves- they have the special were they wave the membership signup if you bring in a bag of groceries to donate for food pantries. I knew I could afford the monthly fee, but that sign up fee was preventing me from joining, so this is perfect (for anyone else who's interested, I think it the special goes through March 11th).

Today, I did 25 minutes of "Crunch: Cardio Dance Blast", and then 5 minutes of floor work...weights, and crunches. So that's 30 minutes to start me off with!
