I have redone my tracker, does the new code automatically insert or what do we have to do? Thin thinker I'm definately thick/stupid when it comes to this sort of thing!
I just had to look when Easter is so I don't under or over-estimate what I can lose for my new tracker, I thought a mini goal might spur me on as I'm flagging a bit, but I'm off to exercise in a minute so I WILL see some good losses in the next few weeks.
I watched a programme about obesity surgery, there was a man who weighed 320lbs who had the surgery and GAINED 9lbs!!!! he was sneaking downstairs in the middle of the night to eat chocolate!!

he came out with the 'I'm hungry/I NEED IT' (etc.) excuse some of us, me included,

use to justify our overeating or bad food choices, I DON'T WANT TO BE LIKE THAT ANYMORE!!!!!!

so I will THINK before I CHOOSE to eat 'bad' foods and choose NOT to eat them, thinking of this man who is deluding himself I WILL NOT BE LIKE HIM ANYMORE!!!
End of rant, sorry but I need to put this down so it reminds me why I'm here. I hope you are all on plan and keeping busy. The most exciting wildlife we have here are foxes, thank goodness!!!! Amber, sorry to hear about your neice, it is such a shame her mum isn't more like you & your family, at least she has you & her dad,

though that doesn't help at the moment.
